Ajimobi loses mother

ALHAJA Sikirat Abeje Ajimobi, mother of the Oyo State governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, is dead.
Aged 85, Alhaja Ajimobi died in her home in Ibadan on Wednesday, during a brief illness.
In a release issued by the media adviser to the governor, Dr Festus Adedayo, Alhaja Ajimobi was a prominent trader, devout Muslim and a community leader.
Alhaja Ajimobi was survived by nine children, among whom is Senator Ajimobi.
She would be buried in Ibadan today, by 2.00 p.m at her husband’s house, Johnson Awe Street, Apata, Ibadan.
