Stakeholders fault N103bn spent on advertisement in 2011

OYSAA threatens sanction against OAAN debtor–members

The Oyo State Signage and Advertising Agency (OYSAA) has threatened to impose severe sanctions on members of Outdoor Advertisers’ Association of Nigeria’s (OAAN) and other outdoor advertising companies in the state, who are yet to settle their debts with the state’s signage agency.
